Words with a view
Sounds silly, but that's what one of my clients called the new brochure I wrote for her. I got to thinking about it and her point was her copy was more well-traveled than she was. Living in London, she found me on the web and we conversed through e-mail and wire transfers and file downloads until she walked into her local printer and picked up the finished product.

Though this experience, I ironed out all of the details to offer "Words with a view"; it's a totally electronic process where the raw data is collected, rough drafts are created, projects are polished all via the net, and then the project is finished in your local area. Now, if it's an electronic finishing, this can be done via e-mail as well -- but, if it's a printed piece, then I schedule the printing and all the details to make it as simple as going to the printer and picking it up.

Quality Control
As the above illustrates, I don't need to "be there" to be effective (although I have been known to log in lots of flight time). Quality is the key to my success; and when you receive a quality product the first time, you'll come back.

To this end, my office has gone totally digital. I've found I can store, edit, research, and write much more effectively if I can have ten files opened on my computer screen as opposed to ten file folders sitting on my desk. :)

It also makes your review process faster, more efficient, and more effective if I can just send you the file, as opposed to mailing it or faxing it. This also facilitates multiple authorizations to the same document. I think you'll enjoy working electronically ... but, make no mistake; the final product is printed in draft form to double check for errors. (Odd how words look different printed than they do on the computer screen.)
